The owner and president of ServiceTechPros.com, LLC., Richard Mullin, was originally licensed in Massachusetts over 20 years ago, and is now located to Cape Coral, Florida. He started on the bottom rung as an install helper, and rose through the ranks in various positions until he became a field manager for the first few companies he worked with. Deciding he wanted more for his customers, Richard realized that the only way to truly make that possible would be to take and pass the state certification test and get his own license.
Richard is currently Licensed as a Certified Class B Refrigeration Contractor In Florida.
